Our Story
TJ Pro Painting was started by Javier Rios on a simple idea: most painting complaints aren't about color choices, they're about prep that got skipped and promises that got vague. So we do the unglamorous part properly — wash, scrape, patch, caulk, prime — and we put the price in writing before we start.
From our base on Crisp Street in Franklin, we work a 40-mile radius that covers Macon and Jackson County in North Carolina and Rabun County in Georgia — Highlands, Cashiers, Sylva, Sky Valley, and Clayton. That's cabins on the ridges, lake houses, downtown storefronts, and family homes in town, and each one gets prepped for what it actually is rather than a one-size-fits-all quote.
We handle interior and exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, oil-based staining, drywall repair, and pressure washing in house. That matters more than it sounds: one crew can take a room from a cracked, water-stained wall through patching, texture, and finish paint without you chasing three different companies for scheduling. We're licensed, insured, and open Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 7 PM.
